All prices shown on this website are in £ (British Pounds) and are inclusive of VAT, currently at 17.5%. Certain items on this site are eligible for VAT relief for those who are chronically sick or have a disability. If you are unsure as to whether you qualify for relief from VAT we suffest you contact your local Customs and Excise VAT office for guidance. In the unlikely event of an error in price or a change of price, which differs from your order, we will contact you at the email address or telephone number provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you we will continue to process your order until we are able to do so.

If the items are out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the email address or the telephone number provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no reply to an email we will continue to process the order for the remaining items.

All items are subject to availability.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro and Delta. We take payment from your card at the time of order.

The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order.

We may not accept your order for the following reasons:

• We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The product you ordered is out of stock.
• We have identified a pricing or product description error.
• There is a failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

In this instance your cancellation will be treated as a Return and subject to the Returns Policy set out below. Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed to you by email or telephone within 1 working day of receipt of your order. Please ensure that there will be someone present at the delivery address as all deliveries must be signed for. No responsibility can be taken for late arrival of goods due to consequential loss i.e. acts of God, terrorism etc. No refunds will be given for goods arriving late due to the consignee not being present to sign for a delivery.

Any complaints need to be received within 7 days of receipt of goods for them to be dealt with. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the returned goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.We do not exclude or limit our liability of any other person for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or from their negligence. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and /or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors employees or other representatives of Kinderkey Healthcare will be liable in contract, torte, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage or loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use if the website – including, without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us.

You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms & Conditions by you.
